Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Unless otherwise specified, we ship the next day for orders placed by 12:00 noon CST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on holidays, weekends or after 12:00 p.m. will be shipped during the next business day. Some items may be drop shipped from the product manufacturer or other locations.
We guarantee our products; if an item hasn’t met your expectations, you may return the item for refund, repair or exchange. Once the original returned item has arrived at our store, we will inspect it and determine if it should be repaired or exchanged.

What can be returned
Returned items must be sent in the original packaging, in the same condition in which they were received. Worn, soiled or damaged items may not be returned. If you believe that your item was damaged during shipping, please notify the shipping carrier immediately.
When items can be returned
Items must be returned in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.

Please email or call us if you wish to return or cancel an order placed online.
Where to send returns
Returns and exchanges can be made via mail or in person. If you will be sending your return via mail, please email us at email@example.com, or call us at 254-754-9663 to obtain an RMA number before returning the product. Returning by mail
Within the US: Returned items must be sent via insured, prepaid Regular US Mail. Insuring your return allows you to track your parcel with the US Postal Service. We cannot accept CODs or courier deliveries.
Outside the US: Ship goods prepaid, by insured standard shipping. To avoid unnecessary delays, please write “U.S. Goods returning” on the outside of the package.
Please Note: Do not return items by UPS or other carriers, as duty and/or brokerage fees will be charged, and your return will be refused.
If you are requesting an exchange, please remember to include sufficient payment for the return postage, or contact us to arrange payment. Outside the US, where applicable, please contact your local customs office for information about any taxes or duties that may be assessed on a return shipment.
If you return an item as specified above, we will refund the item's original cost, shipping excluded. The amount of the refund amount will be applied to the credit or debit card used at the time of purchase, or mailed directly to you as a company check at our discretion.
